That’s all I can say…
I got bit today. In my laptop bag (it’s never very far from me) I carry a couple of 320GB external hard drives for moving project data and backing up mah stuff. Welp… I got lazy and went a few days without backing up a project (large video project about 30GB) and one of the drives failed today. I went to find the project and the file table is gone! I started recovery processes and the drive is shot… just spins for a few seconds and fails. The drive had 220GB on it and all but 30GB was backed up and a VERY important 30GB too. But now I’ll have to go to the client and copy the originals again and start over… sad case.
Don’t get bit like me, just back it on up now!
